Credit card purchases can be made in 5 currencies** and are handled through VirtualPaymentGateway.com™ using RBSWorldpay as the credit card clearance agency. This gives added security both to purchasers and vendors.

Purchase Orders

For corporate purchases, we have an online system for you to create a purchase order request. Subject to a favourable credit check***, we can deliver the software the same day and you can then pay by electronic funds transfer or by cheque. Simply fill-in the form on-screen and our accounting system will generate a prototype invoice which you can print and pass to your accounts payable supervisor.

System Requirements

The OHSAS Toolkit™ is downloaded and installed from a Wise® installation executable program (.EXE) on any 32-bit Windows platform (Windows 2000, XP, Vista etc). To download and install in some corporate or other high security environments, you may require special security permission from your local IT support person.

Apple Mac users should note that the executable installation program will not work on a Mac, although all the installed files will work correctly on MSWord for Mac. Contact us to receive the toolkit as a ZIP file.

The toolkit was written for Microsoft Office 2003, Office 2007 or later (MSWord and MSPowerpoint). The files should be compatible with earlier versions of MSOffice (97, 2000 and XP). Some of the MSWord Templates contain Visual Basic (VBA) Macros - e.g. for processing survey forms. This may require you to make a change in your MSOffice security settings or anti-virus software. If in doubt, consult your local IT support person or follow the instructions provided in the Toolkit's Readme file.
